  • "From the first day I met Larissa, she has consistently shown respect to me and I have watched he treat others the same way. She is always patient and considerate to others no matter the circumstances. When I transitioned to the team a lot of the calls we had that were difficult. There were problems that they needed solved and Larissa was always patient and very careful with her words and her tone. Because of her approach I have seen a person's whole demeaner change, all because of the way Larissa communicates with them. She is clear and concise and always gives a timeline for a response if she doesn't have one at the moment. She worked with me for three months while I transitioned to my new role.   • "Can you say creativity on one hundred? In Larissa's current role, she serves as the Training & Development Coordinator and is responsible for creating professional development training and resources for our 3K+ community of practice. During her three-year tenure, we have developed quite a partnership. Often, I will ideate department projects, share them with Larissa, and she will hit the ground running to make them a reality. For instance, I shared with her my desire to host a webinar series for our community of practice. As the webinar series project manager, Larissa ensured that we stayed on task, secured presenters, produced the series, and co-hosted the live webinars. As the webinar plans were coming together, I shared that I’d like to see at least 100K registrants participating. At first, Larissa was skeptical about reaching that target. However, after completing a robust marketing strategy and eight months of producing thirty-five webinars for this series, our final registrations totaled over 116,000! At this point, Larissa was convinced that unparalleled success is possible and that together we can achieve whatever we set out to accomplish. Larissa is a woman of ingenuity, integrity, creativity, and excellence. I see these qualities on full display every day. During her tenure with the Council, I have witnessed her excitement to learn and grow professionally. She never hesitates to seek resources to learn and develop new skills. For example, Larissa has learned to create phenomenal instructional tutorials and training assets. As a result, she has been instrumental in creating over 150 resources for our community of practice. These assets have aided in improving our quality assurance measures, testing, and reliability. I am both happy and proud that Larissa is my colleague."
